The package will include 1 copy of the plans at a scale
of 1:100 & 1:50 All drawings are in AutoCAD 2004
DWG format. You will also get 1 copy in DWF format for
you to view. All Files will be e-mailed to you.
In order to submit a valid planning application a site
specific layout of your plot will also be needed. This
can be produced by others or by us at extra cost, however
the details included on the plans will allow them to
incorporate our design.
Details of masonry and roof finishes will also need
to be provided for your application. The details included
in the plans will also form a suitable base for your
local Architect / Draughtsman to produce a building
regulations application. The License included with this
purchase allows the buyer to produce 8 No plots of the
given design and make minimal changes to the drawings,
by others or by us to incorporate any changes and comments
from their local planning autority.
Please note these drawings do not guarantee planning
approval, which is at the discresion of your Local Planning
Authority. The Idea behind this innovation was to produce
