Developments also carry out a substantial amount
of property maintenance. These works are carried out for
both the private customer as well as the commercial sector.
We are in a team of nation wide builders selected by a
large national consultancy to carry out works on behalf
of the major insurance Company's.
Works
covered are anything from a leaking tap to a full pub
refurbish. We have won many commercial maintenance contracts
with local company's mainly located around the Gateshead
area, and on the Team Valley Trading Est.
As well
as commercial maintenance we also handle a lot of domestic
customers for their maintenance needs.
They come to us year after year in the knowledge they
will get the job done.
